Stephanie Gandomi, MS, MBA
Founder & Lead Academic Advisor
Stephanie brings decades of hands-on experience building academic programs and admissions systems from the ground up. She co-founded two genetic counseling master’s degree graduate programs, personally developing their admissions infrastructure, and has worked directly with universities including Stanford, Boise State, and Southern California University of Health Sciences on university admissions. She has served as faculty at Boise State University and Southern California University of Health Sciences, holding the rank of Associate Professor, and holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling and an MBA. Also, as a former NCAA and NAIA college athlete, Stephanie brings a whole-person perspective to every family she works with, grounded in real admissions experience and a genuine love of helping students find their path.

Felix Auboeck
Lead Scholar-Athlete Recruiting Advisor
Felix brings a unique combination of elite athletic achievement and academic experience to student-athlete advising. A three-time Olympian, World Champion, European Champion, and NCAA Champion swimmer at the University of Michigan, he understands first-hand what it takes to navigate the demands of collegiate athletics while succeeding academically. Alongside his sporting career, Felix earned degrees in History and Political Science and International Relations at the University of Michigan, and he is completing his PhD in International Relations from Loughborough University.
Felix has personally experienced NCAA recruitment, university admissions, international education, and the transition from elite sport into an academic career. Felix understands that choosing a university is about much more than athletic performance alone. He is particularly passionate about helping student-athletes identify universities where they can develop both academically and athletically, understand the recruiting process, and make informed decisions that support their long-term goals beyond sport.
